Allows for damaged items to be repaired by spending materials to restore the DURABILITY of their parts. Improving the EFFICIENCY will decrease the ammount of materials required to restore that DURABILITY.
Allows parts to be salvaged from items that you own. Additionally allows for broken items you do not own to be salvaged. Improving SALVAGE QUALITY will allow for more resistant items you do not own to be salvaged.
Allows for parts to be machined into other parts of a new type. New parts will be made from the same material as the old part. Improving the CRAFTING QUALITY will allow for materials of higher HARDNESS to be used. Improving EFFICIENCY will allow for more materials to be recovered from the machining process
